C.’s new room

C. has moved in into her own room a few days ago. She was sharing with D. until now, and finally the time has come for her to get her own space. So we quickly converted a guest room into a little piece of “enchanted forest” as she requested. New paint, wall stickers (I wish I had the guts to do an actual mural), new shelving unit, new curtains, new lights. IKEA is my everything.  She is very happy with the result.

Behr Spring Glow paint. IKEA wall stickers (trees and leaves are separate sets), cross stitch by me, IKEA bed linen, IKEA rug

IKEA: curtains, shelving unit with drawer and bins inserts

I am very happy with how the shelving unit worked out, there are drawers for her clothes and bins for toys on the bottom shelves, and all the books and lights go on top part

Hope C. will be happy in this room. I still need to find a little stool for her to use as a nightstand, and maybe, eventually we will find a way to squeeze a small desk here somehow.

D.’s room is in desperate need of make-over too, so his will be next.
